The latter, in turn, is an important molecule involved in vascular function. Its manifestations include vasodilation, which is a widening of blood vessels.
This can theoretically have a final effect on the blood circulation and supply of oxygen or other necessary nutrients to the active muscles. Add 3 g (1/2 scoop) to 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. On training days, it is recommended to take one serving 30 minutes before training.
