L-Carnitine + Green Tea is a fat burner that contains two functional substances in the form of l-carnitine and green tea leaf extract (Camelia sinensis). The main function of l-carnitine in the body is the transfer of fatty acids (fat) to the cellular power plants in the form of mitochondria, where it is then burned to form energy. Green tea extract is also used in the care of fat metabolism and weight control.
L-Carnitine + Green Tea is a two-component fat burner containing l-carnitine and green tea leaf extract (Camelia sinensis). L-carnitine is a normal part of our body in which it is involved in fat metabolism. It plays a role in the transfer of fatty acids (fats) to the mitochondria where they are converted into energy. This energy can then be used for movement. This effect thus works best when combined with sports and exercise.
Moreover, green tea leaf extract also plays a role in the formula. It is the source of the active EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which is one of the thermogenic fat burners.
